Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a product you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those products subject to the following conditions:
- Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.
- Item(s) must be unused with undamaged original packaging.
If you request a refund, the purchase price (EXCLUDING delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets the conditions above. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes.
Processing refunds, returns and exchanges
Once we receive the package and confirm that it meets our returns policy, we’ll process your refund and send you an email to let you know. The refund will appear in your bank or PayPal account in about 3-5 days after you hear from us. If there are any issues or your return doesn’t meet our policy, we’ll contact you and send your parcel back to you.
Please note: Shipping costs will not be refunded if there are other items listed on the original invoice that are not being returned.
How to apply for a refund or exchange
Please fill out the below form if you have changed your mind or made a mistake in size, compatibility or even if what we sent you was the wrong item.
- DO NOT fill in this form if you have a warranty claim on a LifeProof product. You must visit here: https://www.lifeproof.com.au/en_AU/warranty-claim to make a warranty claim. If you claim through the form below, it will be rejected.
- Do not fill this form out if you have a Warranty Claim. All Warranty Claims must be made here.
If we advise you, please print and fill out this form and return it with your product that is subject to a Returns Claim. You must have received a ‘Claim Number’ from us after making a claim to complete this form. We will not accept claims without this number being included.
